JLB Exterior Washing provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including pressure washing, soft washing, house washing, concrete cleaning, driveway cleaning, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, deck and fence cleaning, and related services.
The exact services and price for each job will be based on the property and the work discussed with the customer.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information available to us when the quote is provided.
If the scope of work changes or additional work is requested, the final price may change. We will communicate any significant changes before performing additional work whenever reasonably possible.
Scheduling
We do our best to arrive within the scheduled service window.
Weather, equipment problems, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control may require an appointment to be rescheduled. If this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and arrange another time.
Before We Arrive
Customers should remove or secure items that could be damaged or interfere with the cleaning process.
Please make sure windows and doors are closed and let us know about any areas of the property that require special attention.
Customers should also inform us about known damage, loose materials, delicate surfaces, or other conditions that could affect the cleaning.
Existing Damage and Surface Conditions
Pressure washing and soft washing can produce different results depending on the age, condition, material, paint, coating, previous maintenance, and overall condition of a surface.
Some stains, oxidation, discoloration, rust, algae, mold, or other buildup may not be completely removable.
We are not responsible for damage that existed before our service or damage caused by deteriorated, defective, improperly installed, or weakened materials that were not reasonably apparent before cleaning.
Payment
Payment is due according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking or service.
If you request additional services beyond the original scope of work, those services may result in additional charges.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible.
Any cancellation or service-specific fee will be communicated to you before it applies.
Satisfaction
We want every customer to be happy with their service.
If you have a concern about the work performed, contact us as soon as possible and give us an opportunity to review the issue. We will work with you to determine an appropriate solution when a legitimate service issue has occurred.
Photos of Completed Work
JLB Exterior Washing may take photos of completed projects for business records, quality control, advertising, and marketing.
